Whew, so so so far behind. Lets try this catching up thing again shall we? Good thing for notes!
Phil’s going to try and run us over again?
Hey, guess what? It’s more trafic checks, but this time it’s while doing country travel/sidewalkless work. whew, as if I wasn’t nervous enough traveling without sidewalks. Now they’re throwing in Phil running us over, mhahahahahahahah!
Seriously, the route part wasn’t too bad since it was the same one we did yesterday afternoon and I already know that Monte does a great job at it. I just have to watch the smart ass wanting to go on the sidewalk when we’re not ready to do so, 🙂
The wind is dangerous!
Hey, who called up that wind all of a sudden? We’re just cruising along and out of no where the wind decided it was going to try and blow me over. Definitely made it hard to hear things, like WTH, mother nature, so not fair you . . .
Eeeeep, Monte just slammed on the breaks! What in the, oh, hi there Phil. Where did you come from?
Ha, well, at least I know that Monte will save my life and stop us from getting run over if I can’t hear a darn thing. Stpuid wind was blowing so hard and loud since there were trees nearby that I didn’t hear that darn car of his at all. He was just, poof there!
lol, the other amusing part was poor stephanie was attacked by a pinecone right before Phil tried to make me into a pancake. Now how rude is that? It bonked her right on the forehead!
What fun that trip was. Now where is that nice safe bus?
Monte goes shopping
Run over by Phil in the morning and shopping in the afternoon. Super day, right?
It was for Monte. We went to Target and I let Monte pick out his toys. I mean, he earned it after keeping us safe from Phil the crazy driver and flying pinecones!
Monte did an excellent job going through Target. He listened very well, until we got near the treats.
Erm, no no, we’re not getting treats, toys, my dear boy. Lets go.
After a few nudges I got us back on our way to the toy isle and Monte was extremely happy then.
Oooo, wag wag wag goes the tail! So many choices!
Stephanie and I show him a nyla bone in the shape of a fish.
Monte, sniff sniff, and then turns away.
Nope, guess not interested. Next!
stephanie shows me a rope toy next and I give it to Monte.
Ooo, wag wag wag, sniff sniff sniff.
Yep, think that one is a winner.
stephanie shows me a set of rings that they also have in the kennels.
Monte promptly snatches that one out of my hand!
Erm, sure, I think we definitely have a winner there.
I try and take it from him, but oh no no no, he is having none of that. His toy!
so we cheat and show him the rope toy again. Mahahahah, I win and now have the rings! Guess I’m buying both toys . . .
Monte then tries to sneak in a stuffed chicken.
Erm, wait, wait, no no no, I am not buying you 3 toys sir. No chickens!
Away goes the chicken and I have Monte’s 2 new toys. Well, Stephanie then decides to buy her puppy a toy while we’re there.
Mahahahahah, Monte tries to steal it while she is trying to pay for it. I think I better watch this guy when at stores.
